Conference registration is only $89 and includes light breakfast, snacks, lunch, and light closing reception. Registration is fully refundable until September 6th. After September 6th, there will be no refunds allowed however, you may transfer your registration fee to another attendee.

Discounted room rates ends 8/29/19 and reservations are cancellable without penalty 48 hours before the conference. It is better to have a room and cancel than have no room at all. We are pleased to welcome back Nancy Gaulin, Psy.D, who is being joined by, Rebecca Schulman, MSW, LICSW, to run private small groups for our survivors with DID. These groups will take place in the morning before the start of the conference and during the lunch break. These require a pre-registration so groups can be low in numbers. During the lunch break, we will have chat and chews for supporters, survivors, and mental health professional looking to connect on a more personal level. These groups are run by mental health professionals and do not require any advance registration. Simply grab you lunch and come!
If none of these groups interest you, feel free to use the conference community board to create your own meet up.
Grounding spaces will be set up for those who need it and the Creative Corner will be here with activities to help unleash your inner creative spirit. We will also be making an art exhibit area if you have any pieces you would like to show. Art must be preapproved. Please click here to see the art submission guidelines.
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, we only allow Service Dogs at the conference. Unfortunately emotional support animals will not be permitted. Service dogs will be expected to under the control of their handler at all times and will be asked to leave if it has disruptive behavior such as barking, aggression, potty issues, or boundary violations to other attendees. Service dogs must be trained to perform a specific task and will be required to present updated vaccination records from their vet.
The Healing Together Conference is a secure conference. You must have a name tag to enter the conference area. If you lose your name tag, you will need to go back to the registration table to get a new one. Attendees may choose any name(s) for their name tags but their registration name must match their ID.
All attendees are responsible for their own personal, physical, and emotional safety. An Infinite Mind and its sponsors cannot and are not responsible if events, presentations, or conversations are triggering. Please ensure you have supportive measures in place should you get triggered and need grounding or assistance.
