Art Submission Guidelines

We are happy to be able to display the creative minds we have!

If you are interested in having your artwork shown at the conference, please follow these guidelines:

• Please email samples of your work to Heidi@aninfinitemind.com for approval. If your art might be triggering, please add a trigger warning to your subject line. We ask that you are mindful of the sensitive nature of the conference when submitting your art.

• Once your artwork has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be responsible for bringing your art to the conference as well as displaying it in the space provided. Please bring any materials you will need to display your piece. Due to the restrictions of the hotel, only free-standing easels, removable tape, or sticky tack can be used.

• At the end of the conference, please be sure to collect your artwork
